CHARACTER

Using yeast strains that produce abundant fruit aromas reminiscent of apples and bananas, we have crafted a delicately fragrant sake through extended fermentation at low temperatures.

Furthermore, by bottling the freshly brewed sake immediately, we have captured its freshness and fruity bouquet within the bottle.
