The softness characteristic of low-alcohol sake, combined with a subtle hint of acidity, brings the whole flavour together, leaving a gentle and clear aftertaste.

This low-alcohol sake has been crafted by combining the production methods of amazake with sake-brewing techniques. 

With an alcohol content kept to 3 per cent, it retains the characteristic clarity of sake whilst offering an unprecedented, refreshing drinking experience.
