The sweetness and acidity have been enhanced, creating a dry ‘unfiltered sake that pairs well with meals’ whilst retaining its sweet character.

The flavour features a smooth, spreading sweetness and umami from the rice.
The aroma is reminiscent of cooked rice, sake lees and fresh cheese. With a velvety, smooth mouthfeel, the sweetness and umami of the rice spread across the palate.

A well-balanced, fresh acidity leaves a crisp aftertaste, making it perfect for enjoying with a wide variety of dishes.

CHARACTER

A pure white, cloudy sake made from rice
It contains plenty of fine rice grains and yeast.

It is white and cloudy, with a very gentle and smooth mouthfeel.

You can directly savour the flavour of the rice and the acidity produced by the yeast.

It offers a unique flavour that cannot be experienced in clear sake.
