CHARACTER

A subtly carbonated sparkling perfect for toasting.

It's slightly cloudy due to the fine rice grains and yeast blended in. Made using the same method as Champagne (secondary fermentation in the bottle), capturing the carbon dioxide produced by yeast fermentation within the sake.
