HINEMOS's most popular product, the ‘HINEMOS TASTING SET’, has been renewed. A premium tasting set has been created, allowing you to enjoy all 12 HINEMOS varieties at once.

This is approximately 34% cheaper than purchasing each variety individually in a box!

Each bottle contains 170ml, a perfect size for two people to enjoy a glass each. We hope this will be useful for those experiencing HINEMOS for the first time, or for those who don't usually drink sake, to find a brand they like.

Story

HINEMOS is a sake conceptually centred around time. Its brand names incorporate specific hours of the day, such as ROKUJI (6:00 PM). In October 2023, the mini-bottle collection was completed, featuring twelve varieties representing twelve hours, perfect for a tasting set.
The design for the final tasting set was conceived to enrich the experience of drinking at that particular hour. Using the universal motif of the “sky” – visible across the globe – the time of day was translated into the design through painterly expression.
